Freight charges are calculated according to distance, size and quantity of goods. For this reason it is necessary to quote on an order by order basis due to the generally large size and weight of M.A.N Made Creations’ furniture and equipment. M.A.N Made Creations endeavor to make delivery of most items using our own vehicle and furniture blankets to ensure the safe arrival of your order to keep costs as low as possible. General carriers require extensive packaging and generally charge a premium for bulky (fully constructed) items as well as heavy items. Even so, sometimes it is necessary to use a general freight carrier (only where the item is suited to this kind of delivery and/or for remote or difficult to get to places) or a furniture removal company. In most cases, the use of furniture blankets keeps packaging to a minimum, which is better for our environment.

M.A.N Made Creations reserves the right to cancel or modify an order should the original form of transport become unavailable through no fault of M.A.N Made Creations’. eg. should the original service provider close or cancel the original quote for their own reasons. In this case, M.A.N Made Creations would strive to renegotiate a similar cost with an alternative company.

M.A.N Made Creations completely respect your right to privacy. We will never share any information you have provided us with a third party unless directed by you.

The information we collect from our customers usually comprises of delivery and invoicing addresses, service operating hours, the names of contact people for the service, email addresses and phone numbers for services. All of this information is used in the general processing of orders to facilitate the timely delivery of your order.

From time to time M.A.N Made Creations may send information and/or promotions to our customers and others who have chosen to be on our mailing list. We will only send this correspondence from time to time and you are free to opt out at any time by unsubscribing from the list via the link at the bottom of the email, or by emailing us your request directly to info@manmadecreations.com.au. M.A.N Made Creations manufactures our high quality furniture and equipment in Melbourne on a made to order basis. This means that our lead times can vary widely depending on demand, the nature of the item, the weather (staff cannot build in extreme heat conditions) and seasonal circumstances ie. Christmas holidays and the annual mid-year factory maintenance closure.

 Quotations for items can be requested by email to info@manmadecreations.com.au or via our website www.manmadecreations.com.au.

The M.A.N Made Creations website is for information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. Quotes for items listed can be obtained by logging in to the website and creating a quote request by following the prompts. This request will be then be processed into a formal quote by our office staff and emailed to you as soon as possible.  This quote will include gst and freight. Please allow extra time for interstate delivery quotes as the costing for freight may involve requesting quotes from other transport options.

Once quoted, an order can only proceed if M.A.N Made Creations receive an email or telephone confirmation from an authorized person from the Service to proceed with the quote as an order. If the service provider requires a Purchase Order number to be quoted – this is to be provided at the time of ordering.

 Once a quote is confirmed as an order and deposit received (where required for larger orders or new customers without a current purchase history) the items are added to our Production Schedule to be built in turn.  Please check that all items are correct on the official Order which will be emailed to you. Please advise M.A.N Made Creations immediately if any details are not correct. Items are made to order, and once made, cannot be returned unless under structural warranty conditions. M.A.N Made Creations are able to give an estimated build date at this time. This is an estimate only and may change without notice.

We accept payment by cheque (not personal), direct debit/EFT, EFTPOS and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa - incurs a 1.5% surcharge)

 M.A.N Made Creations’ Payment Terms for existing customers is 7 days from invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance. These terms are subject to change.

 Prices are quoted excluding gst on the M.A.N Made Creations website and in our ECatalogue. These are subject to change without notice. All pricing is confirmed once an official order has been placed. M.A.N Made Creations reserves the right to cancel an order where materials are no longer available or where material costs have increased significantly.

All designs are subject to change without notice. Rest assured, M.A.N Made Creations will never make a change to devalue an item in any way. However, we sometimes come across ways to make an item more functional or more durable and make changes to our designs as we see the need.

 M.A.N Made Creations builds with Solid Australian Hardwood that is finished in a quality clear lacquer in our own factory. We use an Australian lacquer product and MSDS sheets are available upon request. A small amount of mdf can be found in a small number of our items to reduce weight and cost eg. Paper Storage Units. Hardwood Ply is sourced for backing where required. Please note that all material may contain natural features including but not limited to gum bleed, fiddle back, blue stain, knots and other natural markings. M.A.N Made Creations does not exclude these features from our manufacturing process as we believe it is important to celebrate the all natural texture and feature of our native timbers and that ensures that each and every piece of  hand crafted furniture that leaves the M.A.N Made Creations factory is unique and individual in it’s own right.

M.A.N Made Creations’ furniture and equipment is designed and built to be used in a fully supervised setting. Supervising adults should ensure that all equipment and furniture is placed correctly in a suitable position and that items are used correctly and as intended eg. Shelving is not for climbing on. Incorrect use and/or supervision may void any warranty claim on an item. M.A.N Made Creations can only make suggestions as to how the equipment can be used, however, it up to the Educator to decide the appropriateness of the item for the children in his or her care. Please note that increasing the depth of shelving  or lowering it’s height can improve it’s overall stability (especially for younger age groups)
