1) ORDER PROCESSING
Quotes for special items are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes will not proceed as an Order until that Quote has been accepted by the customer in writing ie. fax or email.
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a written request ie. fax or email. Once an order has been accepted confirmation will be sent via email.
2) DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order delivery times will vary depending on the items ordered and production scheduling. Wherever possible, M.A.N Made Creations will be responsible for delivery of items. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods sent by agreement via another carrier. If your order is not received within specified delivery times please contact us.
3) PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS
Payment is required at the time of delivery. Payment can be made by cheque to be collected by M.A.N Made Creations at the time of Delivery or via EFT (direct bank transfer) the day before the scheduled delivery to the bank account as specified on the M.A.N Made Creations Invoice. A deposit of up to 25% may be required for larger order.
Please note all items remain the property of M.A.N Made Creations until payment is received in full.
4) RETURNS POLICY
Should there be a manufacturing fault in any of our products, the customer should contact M.A.N Made Creations immediately. M.A.N Made Creations will arrange to collect the items and repair or replace it at our cost. Should the item be damaged by any other means, M.A.N Made Creations will advise if repair is possible and if so, what cost would be involved. Please note that all products made with natural timbers can from time to time split or warp. Items should not be exposed to water or excessive moisture and should not be placed in direct sunlight indoors or out. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
There are no exchanges on special or custom made orders.
5) CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancellation of orders is only possible if M.A.N Made Creations have not begun the manufacture of the items. Changes can only be made before production commencement and may incur an additional cost. Deposits for large orders are forfeit should that order be cancelled.
